YOGA - I've been practicing yoga for over 14 years. In the last year, I've been teaching weekly yoga classes to the community and I've accumulated over 60 hours of instruction experience. I will continue teaching classes at Kimball Community Park in Ventura. The yoga I prefer to teach is a meditative from of Hatha Yoga. I combine the poses to produce energy balance, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body/mind connection. With this practice, I help you restore your own energy sources and natural peacefulness. I encourage all my students to work within their own limits, thus developing an awareness of the body/mind/spirit connection. I seek to bring the experience of peacefulness that yoga can provide to as many humans as possible. Through this practice, I learned that the universe would support me by way of selfless service to humanity. (This is one of the most important lessons, I might add.) Therefore, the classes I teach will always be FREE (small monetary donations or organic fruit or vegetables will be accepted donations). HERBALIFE - I have seen great success with this product. Since I started on Herbalife in March, I've lost over 20lbs, 27inches overall, and 4%body fat - I went from a size 16 to a size 12 in the past 3 months! I recently sold the product (and business) to my good friend and former roommate, Jeni G. Garcia. She's also seen great success with Herbalife - in the last month, she's lost over 10lbs, 16inches overall, and 6% of her body fat.
